A Direction Session with Tyche is a focused 60-minute session designed to find the one structural issue generating most of your downstream problems, and to map the specific next moves to address it. You leave with clarity, not a pitch deck.

Before the call
You will receive a brief intake form after booking. We review this before the session so we are not spending paid time on basics.

During the session
We diagnose the structural issue, clarify what is actually wrong, and map next moves in priority order. You do most of the talking. We do the pattern recognition.

After the call
You receive a written summary of the findings and recommended next actions. No follow-up retainer required. No obligation to continue.
No pitch. No pressure. Just clarity.
A Direction Session is complete on its own. Some clients leave and implement everything themselves. Others decide they want Tyche to handle the build. That decision is entirely yours and there is no obligation attached to the session.
